The Forging SCADA system is a web-based monitoring platform used to track temperature and operational status across multiple press lines (HFD1, HFD2, and MFD). It provides real-time monitoring, machine status classification (HI/OK/LO), historical data access, and overall site activity through an interactive dashboard.
Dashboard: Displays a real-time summary of daily operational data for all press lines including HI, OK, and LO counts, percentage distribution, total readings, and quick access to daily trend analysis.
All Press Lines: Shows detailed live data for all machines under HFD1, HFD2, and MFD lines with temperature values, limit comparisons (USL/LSL), status counts, activity status, and trend links.
Line-Specific Pages (HFD1 / HFD2 / MFD): Provides focused monitoring by displaying machines belonging to the selected press line.
History: Allows users to view historical operational data by selecting a date from the last two weeks or using the date picker.
Status: Displays a 30-day site activity overview showing whether each machine was active (ON) or inactive.
Logout: Securely ends the user session and redirects the user to the login page.
